And of course the mile-long surfing beaches of Jæren, south of Stavanger. But there are also bustling city beaches and totally remote coves and bays you can have all to yourself.

Mjelle beach, Bodø A combination of rocky and sandy areas at Mjelle beach Mjelle Beach is a long, curving beach that stretches for about 4 km, making it one of the longest beaches in Norway. This Norwegian beach is on the southern side of the city of Bodø and offers excellent views of the sea and mountains.
